People are still dropping of their taxes through our locked door slot, plus emailing them in, and sending them through our company Facebook portal. We work on opposing shifts and can send everything to our clients remotely for signatures. They in turn have been paying online or sending their check in the mail.  We love sitting and talking to our customers about their taxes and their life. Customers have the ability to fax, email, or drop off through our mail slot all of their tax information to us. The staff can then work from home on secured work stations to complete the returns. The client can then securely pay either by check or credit card. After payment is made we send out their signature pages to be signed remotely. The complete process takes no longer than if you came into the office for a face to face. Then off to Uncle Sam like always. Liberty Tax keeping everyone safe.

Just keep a shoebox or a plastic envelope in your car so that it's with you at all times. Then as soon as you get a receipt put it in the box or envelope immediately. Believe me people come into my office not only with shoeboxes full but large plastic tubs full of expense receipts. As you can guess this tax return was not completed in a day!
