I think for us personally more customers would change everything for us. This far everyone we’ve come in contact with that has ordered our food has been amazing. Kind, happy loved our food but we need more customers. More constant amount of people every single time. It would truly change our lives. I love the people we attract but we just want to attract more.

Kelly, I appreciate the honest answer. That's actually a great position to be in because it sounds like you've already proven people enjoy what you're serving. The challenge isn't the product, it's creating a more consistent flow of first-time customers so more people have a chance to become regulars. I'm curious, what's been your biggest obstacle to getting that steady stream of new people through the door?

Kelly, noticed you've got NA drinks on the menu already, that's more than most places do. Have those turned into repeat orders for you, or do people mostly try them once?

Kelly, everyone who tries your food leaves happy. That is the hardest part to get right and you already have it, which is more than most places ever build. The next lever is turning those happy first-timers into regulars: capture their contact info when they order so you can bring them back on a slow week instead of hoping they remember you. A text or email list of past customers costs almost nothing and works better than most advertising. Glad to share what I have seen work if it helps.
