I have a 822 credit score so I get many bank offers for "Balance Transfers at 3% or 4%. I use the checks they enclosed (doesn't necessarily need to be a balance transfer). I never borrow more than I can afford to pay back in 12-18 months. Helped me keep U-Heal afloat for 10 years.
