Always. I try to be a one-stop-shop for my and related services. If I can't do it, or it could be done faster by another shop, then I refer out. As a small business I need to think long-term about the lifetime value of a client and not the individual sale at the moment. I do my best to arm people with information so that when they do need me, they remember me.
