I've had to lay off my assistant. There are about three months of expenses invoiced (enough to break even on overhead alone without wages each month), but payment is uncertain. I already have people I'm chasing to pay and entered April without enough for both insurance and my mortgage. My bank was able to bump my mortgage. One seasonal line of business tanked due to event cancellations, but my other lines are starting to pick up, and I'll be marketing COVID-19 specific services like signage, decals, posters, door hangers. I can make face shields so we'll see where that goes.
