How We Got Started

At the end of 2019 it was suggested that our owner, Lissa, start a virtual business in order to help more business owners. In February 2020 she officially started an LLC and quit her day job. She took the leap of faith for various reasons and couldn't be happier. Despite the events that started unfolding she is still thankful that she put herself out there and has been able to help others.

We have a handful applying only 2 of them are first time borrowers for round 2. We sent our clients all a link to reliable resource that answers FAQs and then answered individual questions if they responded with any, which most didn't. We also informed them that we are gathering their required... (more) We have a handful applying only 2 of them are first time borrowers for round 2. We sent our clients all a link to reliable resource that answers FAQs and then answered individual questions if they responded with any, which most didn't. We also informed them that we are gathering their required documents and to let me know if their individual lender needed further information and date of when they were accepting applications. All of the lenders I spoke with (non were online only lenders), said they weren't ready to actually accept any applications but would either email directly or have a link posted on their websites to begin the process. We utilize shared folders with all of our clients in order to send files more efficiently. We also just started utilizing Asana software to help manage tasks and make notes. I hope that helps!
