I think it all depends on the client. Sales is a very new industry for me as I have never worked in direct sales. I am the type of person where I would much rather email a customer that call as I don't have to worry if I am going to get cussed at or something. I have come to learn that most people prefer to be called and to touch base with them but at the same time I don't like to hassle them either. I am happy to say that we do have a good clientele here.
