I started in Real Estate in 1988. We had a Family Business..which I left. My friend was a Realtor, encouraged me to take the course, which I did.

Yes, there is a puppy boom going on. Friends of mine who said they would never get a puppy, are now happy with having one or more. I believe the loneliness that came about due to Covid19, most people realized a puppy in the house brought so much fun and activity and most of all love.

You must go to a local court house and fill-out the proper paperwork. They will submit that to a sheriff who will deliver the paperwork to him. If he does not comply they will move him out. They will hire a moving company and out he goes on the street!If you are feeling unsafe with him...have the local police there on the day of move-out.

Good Morning, First thing in the morning I do most of my social media. I send out 500 mailers a month and also a newsletter once a month. I have a system that I can find e-mails and cell numbers. Marketing is always the key..Interview a few highly recommended commercial realtors, check out the work they do, such as photo's and video's. Where do they advertise, but above all it must be an agent that works their listings! Have the photo's been revised since you first listed the property?
