ASC Services and Consults to the Real Estate Marketplace Consumer in the areas of Residential-Commercial real estate buildings, property, or business opportunity transactions, as well as Bank Loan materials "Verification To Draw" and insurance underwriter verifications. ASC Serves: El Paso - Teller Counties, the Greater Pikes Peak Region and all of Colorado Since 1996. ASC has 19 consecutive years having an A+ rating with the BBB of Southern Colorado.
How We Got Started
Having several years experience as a real estate agent, the transition was made to property information so to better serve the seller/buyer marketplace person or consumer group to make them better aware of existing property conditions that may need to be addressed for the information Vidal to a selling brokers "Marketing" and/or a buyers broker for a consumers "Contract to Buy" negotiations from that observed information.

The marketing application is effective if the show home is properly prepared for the viewings. Have a professional third party verify the existing conditions, giving visible corrections needed prior to a presentation and opening the doors to scrutiny by all entering.
