Our government is fighting about borrowing money to buy things that it cannot afford because they have not been fiscally responsible for since Regan was president. We are responsible for this by re-electing the same people that continue to do this. What they need to do is get rid of the waste spending (Support for Illegal Aliens, sanctuary cities and foreign aid to buy off countries that hate us and / or violate international citizen rights rules) ,get the budget balanced and stop deficit spending. If they would do this we would not have a government shut down and could afford the wall (which we need). When the government borrows money you are expected to pay it back with your taxes. The idiots that spend it will be isolated from the result with their high salaries and benefit packages and we the people will be the ones that suffer.
I am not a lawyer but I have a suggestion. Make sure that all of your marketing material has a copyright symbol in it. Registering it might also be needed. If your competitor is copying too much of your materials you might be able to use this to stop him. However the suggestions of continuing to...

I am not a lawyer but I have a suggestion. Make sure that all of your marketing material has a copyright symbol in it. Registering it might also be needed. If your competitor is copying too much of your materials you might be able to use this to stop him. However the suggestions of continuing to innovate and improve your product and market focus is your best bet. As an example focus on small medical practices which have specific needs and create techniques that set you apart in this area.

This is a hard question and there are many issues that could direct your decision. How do you like the area where you live and how deep are your roots? Were you looking or did this offer come out of the blue? Although you are an adult what about family, do they live close and are you happy that they are. Have you looked into the hiring company, do they nurture the kind of personality that would start there own business? I think the most important issue to look at is how does this new position fit into your life goals.

There are a couple of reason not to send software development and testing overseas.
1) When you do this you are sending you intellectual property to a company or person you do not know and does not have your best interest in mind. You know that they will take this property and use it on their next project so you will loose control of it. If the control of your IP is vital to the success of your company then do not outsource it. It is a good way to loose control of it.
2) You are paying to train someone in a foreign country and in the long run hurting the US economy.
3) These lower level technology jobs are no longer available in the US and so you get someone that gets a college degree and cannot find a job because although they do have a degree they do not have the required experience.
