The cleaning of Moveouts/Moveins and Real Estate Ready cleaning can be time consuming and hard. Some homes are dirtier than expected. Sometimes the kitchen alone takes 2-3 hours including fridge and oven. My husband brings music on a Bose system which makes things easier to clean to. Plus he has a good repoire with our cleaning techs- so they laugh and talk to one another while they work. We have 6 cleaning techs that are present along with my husband at every cleaning event. Giving compliments for fine work is also important. We will tell them in person at the time or in a text or email later.
