What is the best way to promote a new service to a niche market?

Hi Daniel,
Sorry for the late reply. If you have a high level of certainty that your offering is going to benefit your prospect, the best way that I have found to offer your service is to focus on the clients need and develop your marketing around a "them", and not your service. In other words, I would use terms like "if YOUR organization has challenges with XYZ, we have some ideas that can help you in that area". In many cases, a simple email to a CEO/President/COO with that simple verbiage get's me a response.
