About Us

I am a "Google Trusted Photographer" . This means I am trained and certified to shoot and upload professional quality 360 virtual tour content and photos to Google for businesses. I've shot hundreds of Google Tours, and they have over 40 million views by prospects. I also help businesses with issues with their Google Business Listing, as a Google "Trusted Verifier". I not one of those annoying people who call offering to "fix " your Google Listing! ( These guys are trying to sign you up for social media contracts. ) If you need that, I know some very good local peolpe who can help.

I provide Real Estate Photography for homes, apartments, and Commercial properties. I am FAA Licensed Drone Pilot, and also provide Aerial photography from Aircraft and Helicopters. I've been Google Trusted Photographer for over 3 years shooting virtual 360 Interactive Tours. I have 40 years experience in photography as my sole career. My prices are reasonable.

I am trying to buy clothing that is not made in China and I am not buying anything from companies that source clothing from China like LL Bean and Orvis.

Referrals are a great way to get a customer that already has a level of trust. The other thing that works is "Big game hunting" That means picking the client you want to work for and market to them one to one. Introduce yourself, try and get a meeting and build the relationship.  Like many photographers, I never liked doing "sales" but I eventually realized that "if you are not shooting , you are selling." I got a system organized to keep track of and follow up on leads. What I have found is that some leads can take up to year to close, so you have to be patient and politely persistent. I offer Google 360 tours and I got the local business section of the newspaper to write a feature about me and what I do. I did not get any direct bookings, but that article show up on every search for me. Good for SEO! Use your social media platforms to inform and teach about photography and how it help your clients. Be an expert that can give seminars (I've presented seminars on "Google My Business" for example. Do some volunteer photography for non profits- great way to network and contribute I hope that gives you a few ideas! Reg

I'm only a one man business but I have been a volunteered for over 30 years locally, so I agree every business should contribute somehow. Some of the bigger businesses help a lot with paid time off for volunteering, and some don't. Break it down in an estimate Suggest you break down as as follows: Concept and script- If you work this out before you will have a much better project. Go Over shot lists, moves, on camera people, B roll shots you might want to have. What graphics are available? The success of your project is based on getting expectations in line at this step. Fee based on time to create. First meeting is free Shoot fee- variables- lighting, staging (grip truck?), Drone shot? time on location, I use a per hour, around $125 to $250. Plus any rentals. Post production. Fee should include editing per hour, Adding graphics and any special effects. Do they have graphics or must you create them or hire that out? about $100 per hour for me. One review of rough cut, final edit, and electronic delivery or a dvd are considerations. I 'm doing a simple two minute youtube and web video for dentist going over procedures etc for $500 since i have chance to do more and I know the scope of the project. But you have to price it as though they will never be back. Give them a discount on Additional work, not the first one! Good luck

BNI is one I belong to, check that out. Have a good website. Make sure your google page is up to date with great photos. Use facebook, join wedding groups there to find marketing ideas. Do "pro bono" (free) assignments for local charities. Most important for me if I was a wedding photographer, I would work hard to make sure you have a style that sets you apart. I know this is hard , but applying a unique but not wacky style of processing and editing your photos could be a game changer. If you lack experience, see if you could work with leaders in your area to work as a second photographer on wedding to build your portfolio. Good luck!

A data recovery service will be your best bet. They will physically dismantle your drive in a clean room, and put the platters in a new drive. Success rate is good. It will be quite expensive. I would avoid any DIY software based recovery solutions as they make the problem worse. (more) A data recovery service will be your best bet.
