RBFS Outside Services, Inc. (RBFSOS, Inc.) is owned by Rice Brown. Rice has been in the money management business since 1963. He founded and operated RBFS, as a sole proprietorship from 1964 to 2008. RBFSOS, Inc. is an advisory firm designed to analyze and develop portfolios based on the client's goals. RBFSOS, Inc. also can serve the client in advising on other financial matters including but not limited to investment advice to individuals, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, corporations and certain other business entities. Advice is offered on investments, variable life insurance, variable annuities, and mutual funds shares.

RBFSOS, Inc. provides portfolio management services, including an initial consultation to determine the Client's circumstances and investment objectives (utilizing an Investment Attitude Risk Questionnaire). Based on this consultation, RBFSOS, Inc. will provide the Client with the following services:
1. Execution of transactions in line with the Client's investment objectives and restrictions.
2. Delivery of a quarterly portfolio evaluation.
3. Other financial advice as requested by the Client.
Pershing, LLC, Custodian, will deliver a consolidated statement showing all transactions, dividend, and other acct activities.
RBFSOS, Inc. manages approximately $52,376,150 in client assets all on a limited, discretionary basis as of April 30, 2017. We reserve the authority to determine, without obtaining specific Client consent, the securities to be bought or sold, and the amount of
securities to be bought or sold. We do not have the authority to change the broker dealer without obtaining specific Client's consent.

We have clients from a diversified religious background so much like the rest of you, we send out a Thanksgiving Truffle box from Henry & David via their online ordering portal where its super convenient and ships straight from them to the client with an included tracking number for each one so... (more) We have clients from a diversified religious background so much like the rest of you, we send out a Thanksgiving Truffle box from Henry & David via their online ordering portal where its super convenient and ships straight from them to the client with an included tracking number for each one so we know that they have actually received it. We only send these out to clients who hold around $100k or more in any fee applicable investment account. This year we were lucky to have saved a few of their magazine mailers which included a coupon code on the back for free shipping ultimately saving us $300 in shipping costs which was a big help on keeping the cost down and in balance as well. For Christmas, we send out a tri-fold desk calendar from Posty Cards online ordering system that we personalize with our business information so it doesn't directly relate to Christmas for certain clients yet is a nice end of the year addition to our Annual Reports to which every client of ours receives one. Funny thing is, these clients almost expect these calendars to show up every yr as we have been doing it for so long. We ran out of time 1yr and they were literally calling the office asking where it was..we now know better than to miss our deadline after that little misfortunate event took place :) Thanking your clients is #1 no matter how you do it!!
