There are several ways to price. It really depends on the job.

With a performance contract we determine the cost of labor needed, equipment, and supplies. Then we split those cost up over 12 monthly billings. 

With a staffing contract we determine the number of staff needed to perform the services and bill based on that number. 

Then there is time and material. We will bill based on the number of hours to perform the service and any material needed.
