Residential Realtor with over 16 years of experience and over 350 homes sold! Specializing in first-time homebuyers and foreclosures. My primary focus is Gahanna, Blacklick, and surrounding east side suburbs, but have bought and sold all over Columbus. Including, but not limited to, Lewis Center, Westerville, Grove City, Reynoldsburg, Pickerington, German Village, downtown Columbus, and more!

I got my real estate license because I didn't care for the Realtor who helped me purchase my first home back in 2001. I knew I could be more professional, more knowledgable, honest, & comforting to first-time buyers.

Not at all. A good inspector will find all issues with a home, and report it factually to a client. Not scaring them or quoting prices to fix an issue. And good Realtors will review a detailed report with their buyers and only ask for potential harmful issues, not be picky about every item...

Good agents also have contractors they rely on and trust to refer to their clients. Every homes will have items on an inspection report.

I think the biggest fear people have is that the Realtor is not looking out for their best interest. You need to find a Realtor who is seasoned, full-time, and will listen to your wants and needs. You should trust your Realtor and feel comfortable with them. There are agents in this business...

You should trust your Realtor and feel comfortable with them. There are agents in this business who are only in it for money and not helping their clients, therefore come across as pushy or ignorant. Unfortunately the handful of bad agents ruins it for the good ones who really care.
