You can also notify the competitors hosting provider and file a complaint that way. Almost all hosting providers have a TOS in place. Hosting providers that are worth their salt will notify the abuser to remove the copied material or face getting deleted off the server. Hosting providers in todays web space usually will not tolerate this at all. Also get a new IP attorney. I agree with what Sofi and Abel said. They both bring forward great points. Develop a single product in your line and make the price low enough that you make a profit without a loss and you will soon see your competitor will not bother you and will more than likely disappear. If you know for a fact that this person is phoning you get the attorney to send a cease and desist letter about the nuisance calls. In todays connected world this data can be retrieved and used.
