About Us

Hi
I run a small construction company in the Comox Valley, we service the entire island. Most of our work is residential construction both small and large renovations, we install doors, windows, trim, siding, decks and patios, roofing, concrete. All our work is custom built to the specifications of our customers needs, wants, and dream. I go out of my way to make their house their home.

How We Got Started

I have worked in the industry most of my life, having seen all the DIY mistakes made by others, I desided that the best way to make a difference was to start a company that works on Quality. Everyday I repair mistakes by others.

(more)  As I see it  with the labour shortage in the construction Industry, is that there are fewer and fewer young people being given the opportunity, during their education to try working with their hands. We have over promoted  technology to the point where we now have a shortage of trades people.  There are too few young people in our trade. on the other side there are still tradespeople who believe that the are worth much more than they are capable of achieving. All this makes it harder and harder for the (legitimate) small business to offer good workmanship at a reasonable price. If this tread continues the cost of renovations and new construction could become unattainable for the average family.

I find that if you are giving gifts to customers it is best to keep them individual based on your relationship which each customer, sometimes a simple bottle of wine and a card show how much you appreciate them being your client, again it depends on the relationship (more) I find that if you are giving gifts to customers it is best to keep them individual based on your relationship which each customer, sometimes a simple bottle of wine and a card show how much you appreciate them being your client, again it depends on the relationship

customer service is one of my strengths, as well as great knowledge of my industry, when I get too busy my weakness is lack of communication with my customers, but I can say this improving as we down size.
