Kirby's Was Founded In 1984 By George Kirby and His Grandson Stacy Kirby Davis After AT&T was Broken Up And Stopped Supporting Customers With Phone Systems Inside The Business World So after 46 Years With SWB and AT&T George Retired And Started KIRBY'S TELEPHONE SERVICE To Meet The Need Of Those Customer Left Behind By The Break Up .
