One of our local banks, Anderson Brothers Bank contacted me on April 1 to let us know that they would be processing applications on April 3. Then sent me over paper work to be completed on April 2, I completed all paper work an added necessary documents and emailed back the same day. Process was done on April 3 by the bank and we received our PPP funding on April 9. I think a lot of the problems associated with this program may be a banks either not seeing the urgency or just did not focus on customer needs. We are not a large company 15 employees, and  this bank actually does not handle our business account or loans. My regular local bank didn’t even call to talk with us about the PPP program.

This seems to be status quo. Not too sure why they would have called you, but that is interesting. Maybe your regular local bank was larger? No idea, but will say I bet no one from Suntrust or BB&T since one now ever called anyone of their's either. Glad you got it done. At last I know one now that did. By the way when approved it, did you not apply on the PPP app. Seems different that bank sent you the apps. Just wondering Be Safe
good for you! I think you just found a new bank?
