I have not engaged in this specific market yet, however, I view it the same as most large markets. You have to know someone, or know someone that knows someone. It's an old but effective game. Getting them to sit (actually sit) with you and tell you their expectations, and hearing what they are looking for would be most productive in my eyes.
Up to this point in time, Networking (word of mouth) has been the best advertising venture for me. I have received published advertising that has not afforded a measurable return on my investment.
