I am a Faith-based Coach, I work with Teams and Individuals lead with their Strengths.

So what does that mean?

I work one-to-one with individuals as an Executive Coach, Career Coach, Leadership & Communication Coach to help each person bring out his/her best and most confident self.

I am also a successful Team Builder. I help teams with communication, leadership and other challenges or opportunities a team may face.

What does it mean to be a faith-based coach? We begin with the belief that we all are stewards of what God has given us — our talents and strengths.

We don’t overtly express our faith and beliefs while coaching, but rather demonstrate it with the care, focus, attention and compassion shown to the client. Understanding that the world view of ourselves, should not be solely based on what we accomplish or goals reached, but rather that our self image is based on the value of life, because we have been created in the image of God.

Ten years ago, I started my Team Building and Individual Coaching at my church. I helped staff understand the talents they bring to the team, as well as helping each person discover the amazing gifts they have and the best way to leverage them at home and at work. When I started helping ministries within the church with their team dynamics, many of the ministry members had teams at work. The value they personally experience, and wanted their teams at work to have the same staff development experience.
