Yes, I prepared for our manufacturing company all the payroll, created schedules per PPP SBA guidelines. taking into accout $100K salary caps. health insuance, state and fed taxes and along with PPP aplication and 5 quarters of 941 plus all suporting documentation we submitted on Friday. April 3rd first day for qualifying companies. We have a great relationship with our bank but we also followed all guidelines. Bank received approval from SBA and loan number and we were approved for closing. We are blessed and i have nothing but praise for the SBA and our bank. I participated on many conference call in Florida and Rhode Island I read the Covid-19 and CARES Act laws and guidrlines and followed them.
I understand there are a lot of loans and diiferent kinds of assistamce including payroll tax crefits and deferrals and unless you understand what is best for your business it can be confusing, however there assistance available. I am.our acting CFO and it helps that i have both financial and legal training but there are organizations thatcare willing to help small companies and sole proprietorships. We are blessed and will continue to pray. God is merciful and great🙏❤

i have been working through Corona virus COVI-19 which i contracted notcsure how, probably at the last show we did in March.
Because of my accounting/finance/ legal bacground and training i am acting CFO for my family's manufacturing carbon fiber plant. I have been appliying to COCID 19 SBA loans, PPP loan yesterday and making sure we can maintain and pay all employees and families.
I hsve been attending when well tge SBA video conferences, fema. and business conferemces to make sure i am well informed with what assistsnce is available to small businesses.
I have faith and know ttat together we will navigate this storm and come out to a brighter future.
