Maybe they complain not so much about your food and service but it’s just in their nature to complain. Always treat them respectfully and try to provide evidence to the contrary to dispel their claim. You could always be upfront about it and tell them you will not longer provide services if they continue to behave that way. Good luck with it. Hope that helps.
