I personally love Clicksend.  The user-interface is extremely easy to navigate, so it's perfect for people who aren't tech savvy and/or just don't want to jump through a bunch of hoops to try and learn a new platform.  Their customer support team is super responsive as well, which is a godsend when you're first getting started or run into an issue with a time sensitive message you're trying to send out.
