The owner of our firm brings in a yoga instructor once a week and has also arranged for us to meet with a trainer once a week. We also have a wellness room to workout after work and encourage employees to do a 10 at 3:00 pm which is 10 minutes of a routine at 3:00 pm everyday to get everyone...

The owner of our firm brings in a yoga instructor once a week and has also arranged for us to meet with a trainer once a week. We also have a wellness room to workout after work and encourage employees to do a 10 at 3:00 pm which is 10 minutes of a routine at 3:00 pm everyday to get everyone moving. There has been a great response in participation. we have about 29 employees and about 10-12 people are regulars and a few join in when their schedules allow
