(more) Figure out who you like working with and pick 1-2 niche clients type pregnant moms, athletes, busy executives etc. focus on doing something specific just for them.a result they want (Pain relief, improving performance, relaxation, time away from kids) Give great service from beginning to end answering phone, having great environment at your office, giving the massage, listening for their needs and following up after.  Ask to reschedule before they pay.  Get online  reviews and recommendations google,yelp, facebook, nextdoor.  Pay google and Facebook to market you   Read books about direct response marketing. Make sure you have a website and it has good articles that are helpful and has the kewords that people are looking for when they search for your service setup a referral reward program (send 3 new clients get a free massage or $20off for every client that comes in me m toons your name ),  have a monthly paper and digital  newsletter that’s entertaining and informational going out to all existing clients and referral partners,  meet with other business owners and find out how you can help them and send them business they will send you business back because you will be top of mind for them and law of reciprocity. Meet with businesses who already service your type of clients gyms, obyn offices, yoga studios, hair/nail salons and establish a referral relationship  give tell them about your referral program  Print out  nice gift certificates on good paper and give them away to big offices(accounting firms, financial advisors, technology IT companies) during holidays for free 30 minute massages  and ask people if they want to upgrade to an hour for only $30-$40 if they like you they will come back you will have a great following only 15 -20% will call so give away a lot of gift certificates(this one is from Eric brown 60-Client’s in 60 days)  hope this helps
