Our company, www.adminologybay.com develops and grows Online Membership Community platforms. We support Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians on www.providerbay.com and we support Healthcare Senior Leaders on www.execubay.com. We launched the communities in late 2017 and we see 2018 as a year of growth and problem solving in the Healthcare space with colleagues we care deeply about. We also produce and distribute our "Caring for Healthcare Podcast" available on our company site and on iTunes for free download. This is our conversation with America about a subject we all care deeply about... the US Healthcare System.

I have helped to start three hospitals in my career. ContinueCare Hospital at Baptist Health Corbin, formerly Oak Tree Hospital, is the one I led since its founding in 2004, thru the summer of 2017. I decided to step away from my amazing team in order to solve a real challenge for rural hospitals around the country, i.e. finding a better way to attract great doctors to rural communities. So, on July 1, 2017, I founded our new company, Adminologybay LLC. Organized in Kentucky and operated out of my home office, I offer Healthcare Consulting services to Healthcare Leaders and Providers. One of the platforms we have developed is our Online Membership Community at www.providerbay.com. Here we link Physicians and Advanced Practice clinicians (APRN's and PA's) to each other, to Innovation, and to Opportunity. Our growth plan is Affiliate and Member driven, with 20% of membership revenue shared back with the organizations and individuals that drive the growth.
