The business was founded in 1977 by Tom & Lin Gardner on Historic Market Street in Corning, NY. We began as a custom framing & art supply store showcasing artwork by local and regional artists. Over the years we decided to dedicate our business to the representation & exhibition of local emerging artists, many of which have become nationally known. The Gallery is now run & operated by Tom & Lin's daughter, Jesse Gardner. Lin & Jesse work together at the Gallery. We have dedicated our lives to the arts & are passionate about what we do in supporting our local artists, arts community, visitors & local economy. We believe art should be accessible to everyone...without exception. There is no admission fee & all events are free & open to the public. Families are encouraged to visit. School groups & special needs groups are always welcome to visit. Main exhibit is wheelchair accessible and www.WestEndGallery.net has AudioEye Accessibility Certification.
