Most definitely word of mouth referrals. Yelp is no more than another lead  generator. Referrals vs. leads is the issue in the construction industry. How much time and resources are spent pursuing leads vs. referrals? Is price the deciding factor? Are Yelpers willing to do their due diligence and... (more) Most definitely word of mouth referrals. Is price the deciding factor? Are Yelpers willing to do their due diligence and vet your company? Or, are they calling for a”Free Quote” for the cheapest number based on an unspecified project? If  we list our prices on a spreadsheet. Will a commercial or residential lead even bother to reveal their budgets??
