For businesses in college towns: What kind of demand are you expecting with the possibility of students not coming back?

In our College Town (OSU Beavers) student related Deliveries or moves only account for 10% of our revenues. Students may not be returning in the fall. Our town may suffer, because of that fact. But, do you sit and mourn the loss.. or do you find other ways to make up the difference? I'll keep on swinging!
