He told me his daughter was now living in Corvallis, Oregon (my home town) where she was now attending O.S.U. and that she needed some groceries and a small Fridge! Steve told me to go to a neighboring city (Albany, OR) and contact our local Target store, to pick up some items he had ordered from them, and to deliver them to his daughter, at her Sorority. He then sent me a beautiful letter, giving me a nice review, with high marks! It's the best review I've ever received! He said he was very impressed with my service,.. and said he is not easily impressed!

Word of Mouth slways brings more calls in than any other method! I always: (1) Address customers by their name! Nothing sounds better than some-one using your name!   (2) Arrive on time! People remember you, if you do a great job! (4) We always ask if there's "anything else" the customer needs done. "Going the extra mile" is always appreciated! (5) We give discounts to first time customers! That helps to get repeat business. We also make sure they have a few of our business cards.. so they can pass on one or two to their friends!

However, it's MOST IMPORTANT that you take care of your customers! YOUR job is to meet their needs. To put them FIRST and Foremost! They are the LIFE BLOOD of your business! If you do your BEST to satisfy that person, they will remember you,.. AND call you again,.. AND tell others about you! THAT will insure that your business survives and grows! (1) Be on time! If you set a time, be there when you say you will! (2) Address the person by name! If you know their first name, call them by that name! No sweeter sound is to hear someone use your first name! (3) Finish on time, and at the price you quoted them, or a bit less than you said! People love to pay less than they originally thought! Leave your card, make it easy to contact you,.. there's so much more.. but, Treat them as YOU would want to be Treated! Good Luck!

Well, we never shut down. Had jobs to do, in January, February, March, April and still meeting the needs of our customers through out this over-blown Pandemic. We wear masks and so do our customers. It's just me and my family who runs our business. We're all fine and so are our customers. (more) Well, we never shut down. Less and less calls are being received. Fewer people are calling to have something delivered. It's getting harder.. less orders means less money coming in. It's getting scarier.. but God willing.. this will turn around soon! (more) Less and less calls are being received. Fewer people are calling to have something delivered.
