I read all the "tips" so far.. and lots of good advice there! However, it's MOST IMPORTANT that you take care of your customers! YOUR job is to meet their needs. To put them FIRST and Foremost! They are the LIFE BLOOD of your business! If you do your BEST to satisfy that person, they will remember you,.. AND call you again,.. AND tell others about you! THAT will insure that your business survives and grows! (1) Be on time! If you set a time, be there when you say you will! (2) Address the person by name! If you know their first name, call them by that name! No sweeter sound is to hear someone use your first name! (3) Finish on time, and at the price you quoted them, or a bit less than you said! People love to pay less than they originally thought! Leave your card, make it easy to contact you,.. there's so much more.. but, Treat them as YOU would want to be Treated! Good Luck!
