Word of Mouth slways brings more calls in than any other method! I always: (1) Address customers by their name! Nothing sounds better than some-one using your name!   (2) Arrive on time! That always impresses the customer! (3) Do the best job that we can do! People remember you, if you do a great job! (4) We always ask if there's "anything else" the customer needs done. "Going the extra mile" is always appreciated! (5) We give discounts to first time customers! That helps to get repeat business. We also make sure they have a few of our business cards.. so they can pass on one or two to their friends!
