The biggest challenge is the ability to find and identify your market in that base of millions of people. A no-no when you are building a business base on Facebook or any other social media is making any political, religious or social opinions or judgements.  The platform that you are using to build your business should not be a venue for your personal beliefs.

Go to Randy Higbee Gallery on Yelp and see what someone wrote about us. I gave her a lengthy reply and never go a response. With Yelp, you can file a form of "protest", which I did, but I did not get it removed. Very frustrating. It was not like she had a small issue with the quality or we were late, her obnoxious yelp response literally undermined everything that my 40 year old company represents. I told Yelp to remove it or cancel my $500 a month ad. They did not remove it and I cancelled my ad. They are now calling me wanting me to take on more ads. I bet you can guess my answer. I do think I am missing anything from not having the yelp (read their reviews) and I am saving about $500 per month.
