Our parents were nationally certified hearing instrument scientists for 50 years before retiring. My father preferred the term, "Hearing Caregiver". As far back as I remember, I was helping build the family business. I helped launch 9 Miracle Ear Franchise stores mastering the art of hearing sciences throughout Michigan. In the late 1980's I relocated here and helped manage several Miracle Ear stores. I was often hired as a consultant to rescue troubled retail outlets for other franchises as well as Starkey and Sonus. After being successful helping others build their own businesses, my wife and I were called to create a new, improved hearing care center. One modelled more around supporting the community, the verrans and financially challenged. Thus, in 2017 we launched The Great American Hearing Aid Company .
