Title Solutions is a local, woman-owned, Real Estate Title Company and we are dedicated to providing excellent customer SERVICE, not only during the closing process, but after the closing as well. We are proud members of our community and spend our charitable dollars at home. We have sponsored several of the local high school athletic teams, our local food bank and Habitat for Humanity.
We offer quick turn-around times for Lender preclosing documents and can often close a Cash Transaction within 48 hours (*if the title search/exam is clear)!
If our clients or agents ever need to reach someone, we provide them with many options to communicate with us such as email, text and the personal cell phone number of the owner, so they can get the answers they need, and are not left to worry about what is happening with their file. We are available to our clients after hours and holidays for questions or quotes!

We are often called upon to assist our Realtors and Lenders with SOLUTIONS to unexpected issues that may arise. We offer flexible closing times, as we know that our clients are not always able to take time off from their jobs or may work extended hours. We provide early, late (and weekend closings, by appointment). We will also go TO THE CLIENT’S HOME OR WORK, if needed, as it is our number one commitment to provide the best customer SERVICE and the smoothest closing experience possible for everyone involved.
Our Real Estate Title Attorneys are Judith Otero and Silvia Muller, and they are the best local real estate title attorneys in our area. Their experience and knowledge of the specific nuances and history of our local area, ensures that every client has a clear and merchantable title. If a title issue is found, we work quickly and efficiently to remedy the situation and provide SOLUTIONS to get the file to closing.
Our title insurance underwriter is First American Title Insurance Agency of LA, so our clients can trust their title is insured by one of the largest, strongest and best Title Insurance Agencies in the nation.

I wanted to provide a better SERVICE to the clients I was working with. My dear friend, Troi Kite, encouraged me to open my own Title Company. With her encouragement and support, I took a leap of faith, and Title Solutions will have our 16 year Anniversary in July of 2022.
