Telesales by far. It shows you respect the customer enough to call first, qualify, and then determine the next phase of action. Problem is: Very few salespeople know how to cold call properly. Its a skill set most don't have.

Thank you Kevin!  The service we offer is for the medical industry, I do know they are notorious for having at least two "gate keepers" if not three or four.  Calls rarely get through to the right person, so is there a strategy for just getting in touch with the one who handles a specific service?
