In two small cities here in the BC Rockies, we are seeing a surge of outside interest from people looking to get out of high population, dense urban areas. Reasons: covid-19 (urban areas seem to have a far higher number of cases/capita) and the growing work-from-home movement, also covid-related. More people are now no longer tethered to that downtown office in a large city.
