About Us

I am a licensed Mortgage Broker with over 25 years lending experience, and am connected to the largest mortgage brokerage in Canada. My main focus is residential financing (first time home buyers, investment properties, refinancing), with solid connections as well in commercial financing. I would love to connect!

How We Got Started

I was given an opportunity many years ago to learn about small business lending, and that's how it all started! I have found a passion for helping people attain their dreams by finding the financing to get them started. I still love what I do more than ever :-)

The products and services we offer

Products & Services
First time homebuyers, refinances, renewals, mortgage for self employed, spousal buyout mortgages, & CHIP reverse mortgages.

I am not a fan of using social media for "SEO", or to be easy for those I have no existing client relationship with to find me.  I prefer to grow my business through qualify referrals from those I have already worked with. This strategy has paid off in spades with amazing, loyal clients who already respect what I am able to provide to them.

Also, understanding how much you are worth per hour and stick to it!

If a newer person has great connections to information, and has the passion to wow their clients, sometimes that can be just as good, or better.  I do find that reminding my brokers & clients that I have over 24 years in the industry helps; ultimately though, it is HOW well I get the job done in the end that matters most.

I don't have my vehicle "wrapped", BUT I do have my name, phone#, company logo, & "mortgages made easy" on my Ford Flex. It didn't cost much to put on, and is a great way to advertise. The down-side is I feel the need to keep my vehicle extra clean, and be super courteous when I drive!
