Typically a sole member LLC does not go on payroll unless he has employees that would be on the payroll system. Some accountants however do advise sole members to go on payroll. Paychex can accommodate any size payroll so if it's just the member, we can set them up. Thanks so much.

Companies under 500 employees can apply for the PPP-Paycheck Protection Program through their bank. The loan will cover payroll, tax liabilites, payroll processing fees, rent and other business expenses however the guidelines must be adhered to for loan forgiveness. Please check it out at...
