My company has been a member of the BBB for many years. We have a large sign in the front window. I think it is another layer of credibility. We have had a few inquiries to them over the years. It's a very small piece of our marketing budget. At one time, we got brochures from them and handed them to our clients and asked to post reviews. We got away from that. This question may prompt me to do that again.
