There are many favorite stories! Each is unique. One of my very favorites was one that surprised even me! An auto dealer who became my longtime had been known for his gruff nature (including chewing up and spitting out marketing and advertising reps LOL). When a new GM took over at our company, I introduced her to my client who had come to the station to record a new commercial. As she recounted the powerful regional reach, impact and results of our stations, he interrupted her (typical, LOL) and barked at me to get him a cup of coffee. I left to get it for him. The surprise cam upon my return. The client was in the studio recording and my new GM was still seated, with a look of shocked amazement on her face. I asked her what happened in my absence? She said..."I was telling the client all the station benefits when he interrupted me. He said, yeah, yeah, yeah, the stations are great. There are lots of great marketing options. I'm with you because of her. She's the real deal. She comes in the place and brings optimism, and ideas. She encourages my sales team, stops to talk to the office crew and tells them they're superstars, keep it up. She even visited my Sales Manager in the hospital who had been diagnosed with terminal cancer...continuing to visit him in hospice to the end. Prayed for him. I'm with you because of her...with tears in his eyes! My GM had never had that response before. And it reminds me that in any and every encounter in life, in business and even in advertising...people do business with people they trust, and its the most genuine message that relates best, and sells. We all want the "Real Deal."

One option is to construct a radio marketing campaign comprised of :60 Second "Health Tips". You could sponsor them or you could record them yourself and position yourself and your medical practice as a Health Expert!
