After working in apartment maintenance for almost 3 years, Scott went to school for HVAC and after graduating worked for a residential heating contractor. He was then a building / facilities engineer at the Portland Hilton hotel. Scott later became a Chief Engineer of 160k square feet of commercial office space where he managed day to day operations. Scott had his contractors license since 1998, and did licensed work for family, friends and referrals while maintaining his full time job. In 2010, Scott jumped in with 2 feet and went 100% Trantel Heating and Cooling. Scott enjoys providing living wages for his employees, solving problems, and putting smiles on his great customers.
