Not just through arming my clients with information that is so specific to them and their journey, but to also support them with implementing through intuitively guided coaching sessions. I’ve walked the journey with the parts of myself that were wounded and in a place of despair down a path I could not see, but felt. Triggered and in self-judgement I couldn’t see myself clearly, thus I felt cut off and in a place of disconnection.
