How We Got Started
ACA GPS, LLC was founded in 2013 and has designed and developed the ACA Management Tool® which assists employers in their efforts to comply with the Affordable Care Act.
ACA GPS objectives include becoming the industry leader in Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) compliance software, maintaining the highest levels of customer service, and remaining up to date with all changes to mandates or regulations that are part of the PPACA.

We've been using ZOHO One for almost 2 years - there is a module for almost every business function and we love that they are all in one place.
When we started, we were mostly focused on CRM - lead tracking, conversions, task management, customer management, etc. The CRM module can be customized in a million different ways.
We built ours out by having a weekly team meeting - so that the opinions of Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Management could all be heard.
We can schedule tasks for ourselves (or each other), maintain important contact data (phone, email, etc), and monitor our pipeline (of leads and customers) in one place. And since it was a team effort, we all use it faithfully - company wide - to keep up with all the important aspects of our business. Highly recommend it.
There are other modules within ZOHO One that could be used for Activity Tracking ("Desk", "Marketing Hub", etc) that will integrate with the CRM module, including calls, emails, etc. Good luck!

We've been on Alignable for a couple of years (free subscription) and just recently upgraded to premium. I am making it a point to spend a little time each day networking with new members, making new connections and recommendations, and trying to promote our business/services. So far, so good. ...

We are "doing it right": We have a 100% on time filing record, with ALL of our subscribers, for both Tax Years 2015 and 2016. We have a 98% renewal rate with our subscribers and 75% of our new business is received through referrals and recommendations. And as ironic as it may seem, when our competitors are unable to on-board new clients because of their system constraints, they pass them to us.
