How We Got Started
Benefits4UNow was the vision of the Partners at SouthField Group who have over 50 combined years of healthcare, benefits and community building experience. They recognized this growing ‘gig’ economy as well as the growing Senior population that is now disconnected from Employer-Sponsored benefits and thus, have a need for not just affordable healthcare, but also financial and lifestyle benefits that they were used to in corporate America. Yet they did not know where or how to access them until now.

For me its about staying connected to those that help fill your tank. We are social people, and being away from those on your team or in your network can make everyone feel isolated and distant. Some of us are eternal optimists, others are pessimistic and then there is me the "hopeful pessimistic", who needs to collaborate with others to recharge and remove the noise in the back of my mind to keep me focused on serving our customers. Whether it be Zoom, Hangouts, Face-time, just being able to connect with our partners, customers and colleagues via video has been a blessing, seeing someone's face is so important to connect as a person first as we all know that we are all dealing with this unprecedented time. Our team has been able to share our stories, and learn more about the needs of those around us, and have discovered that we are really positioned to address the needs of our customers at a much deeper level than we did before. We might not be in the same room but in certain ways we are connecting at much deeper level, because we open ourselves up in a way that never existed before and are now able to help our clients and customers, in a way that is more than just a vendor, but as a trusted partner to support their needs and who they serve.
