What's your best way to close a deal? Do you have any tried and true closing lines?

I believe closing a deal is meeting the needs and expectations of our clients through the service we provide. When we value new or existing clients and ask them if we are addressing their needs for our service it comes down to a yes or no. If the answer is yes then we immediately begin providing service being careful to address and help solve any problems as they come up. If it is a no then I am not addressing something they consider of value and must continue to explore with questions what they might not be revealing to me. I never push to close, I ask respectfully if there is any reason we cannot do business and proceed. Sometimes the client just needs more time and I set up a follow up as soon as possible. In closing a deal I respect and value my clients time and considerations and I will get all the information about what is needed and become knowledgeable about the clients needs before meeting or communicating about closing the contract.
