A unique and independent insurance agency, formed in 1979 by its namesake Don Karns and purchased from him by Cheryl Price in 2008. no...not at all. I think Next Door is good for neighbor/neighborhood stuff and recommendations for work around the house. Most of the people I know don't pay much attention to our Next Door due to the lost dogs, stuff for sale, "strangers" walking through the neighborhood, etc :)
