My career path has built a diverse skill set that allows me to look holistically at your community and create a path toward revolutionary change. I have experience in retail, project management, organizational design and change and education assessment and growth.

I am a childhood trauma survivor that beat the odds. People with my life experiences do not graduate high school and by my age are often homeless. My experience drives me to find ways for others to beat the odds. Communities with lower socio-economic status, with fewer college graduates, are communities where children fail. In these communities, over 80% of students do not read or complete math at grade level, setting them up for a lifetime of poverty. My goal is to help these communities find ways to create positive advancement for everyone and create greater opportunities for their children.
